Terms and Conditions for Mr Recharge
Effective Date: June 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading and using Mr Recharge (operated by MuradLabs), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. User Accounts
•
You must sign in using a valid Google Account.
•
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and MPIN.
•
We reserve the right to block accounts that violate our security policies (Rooted devices, Mod tools usage).
3. Wallet & Payments
•
Add Money: When adding money manually, you must provide a correct UTR (Transaction ID) and a valid payment screenshot.
•
Verification: Payment requests are verified by the Admin. It may take some time for the balance to reflect.
•
Fraud Warning: Submitting Fake UTR numbers or manipulated screenshots will lead to a permanent account block without any refund.
4. Mobile Recharge Services
•
You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, operator, and amount.
•
Recharges once successful cannot be cancelled or refunded as per telecom operator policies.
•
In case of a technical failure where money is deducted but recharge is not processed, the amount will be refunded to your app wallet within 24-48 hours.
5. Reward Coins & Ads
•
Coins are earned through recharges and watching rewarded ads.
•
100 Coins = ₹1 (Rate may change with notice).
•
Minimum redemption is 5000 Coins (₹50).
•
Using any automated scripts or bots to watch ads is strictly prohibited.
6. Security Lockdown To protect our platform, the app will not function on:
•
Rooted devices.
•
Devices with Modding tools (MT Manager, Lucky Patcher, etc.) installed.
•
Devices with USB Debugging or Developer Options enabled.
7. Limitation of Liability MuradLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including operator-side downtime or network issues.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
